Wonderstand is the company. The product is the realtor company agent: a Face (this web app) and a Desk that answers buyer texts.

These terms are a short draft. They are not legal advice. A lawyer still needs to review them before we treat them as binding.

The service

You get an owner app and a texting desk that talks to leads about listings you confirm. We do not promise leads, closings, or uptime.

Your account

Use a real name and email. Keep login codes private. You are responsible for activity on your account and for following real-estate rules in your state.

Messages and alerts

The desk sends and receives SMS and iMessage for your listings. If you later give us a mobile number for Wake alerts, you agree we may text that number about your account and hot leads. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. Consent is not required to create an account.
